The Hastshilp Furniture Gift Card is a convenient and thoughtful way to shop for premium handcrafted furniture and décor online. It can be redeemed on our official website for eligible products and allows the recipient to choose designs that best suit their space and style.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. Usage
   Hastshilp Furniture Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) are redeemable only on the official Hastshilp Furniture website for the purchase of eligible products.

2. Validity
   Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified. Expired Gift Cards cannot be extended, revalidated, or redeemed.

3. Redemption

   • Gift Cards can be redeemed fully or partially.

   • Any unused balance will remain available until the expiry date.

   • If the order value exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using available payment methods.

4. GST & Taxation

   • As per Indian GST regulations, GST is applicable at the time of final product purchase.

   • 18% GST will not be deducted from the Gift Card value.

   • Applicable GST will be charged separately on the final invoice value of the product(s) purchased, in accordance with Indian tax laws.

5. Shipping & Delivery Charges

   • Shipping charges are not included in the Gift Card value.

   • Shipping costs will be calculated separately at the time of order processing or checkout.

   • For international / overseas orders, shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, or local levies (if applicable) will be calculated separately and communicated as per destination country regulations.

   • All shipping-related charges must be borne by the customer and cannot be adjusted against the Gift Card value unless explicitly stated.

6. Non-transferable & Non-refundable

   • Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, cheque, or bank credit.

   • Gift Cards once issued are non-refundable.

7. Offers & Promotions
   Gift Cards may be used along with other eligible offers or promotions unless specifically restricted by Hastshilp Furniture.

8. Lost, Stolen or Misused Cards
   Hastshilp Furniture shall not be responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards and will not replace them once issued.

9. Order Cancellation & Returns

   • In case of cancellation or return of an order paid using a Gift Card, the refundable amount will be credited back to the same Gift Card.

   • No cash or bank refund will be provided for Gift Card-based transactions.

10. Fraud & Misuse
    HASTSHILP Furniture reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Gift Card in case of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

11. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and all disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

12. Right to Modify
    Hastshilp Furniture reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
